I deliver
end to end
Finding the overlap between what users need, what the business requires, and what technology makes possible.
Six pillars of my practice
Each of these is grounded in real experience across 7 sectors, 4 service models, and 20+ years of design leadership.

ExploreMy design process
A structured approach that is flexible enough to adapt to sprints, waterfall, and everything in between.
Discover & Define
I start by deeply understanding the problem space, stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis, and technical constraints. Only when the problem is well-defined do I move toward solutions. This stage prevents expensive course-corrections downstream.
Ideate & Frame
Rapid ideation, concept sketches, and collaborative workshops generate a wide solution space. I use structured frameworks (How Might We, Jobs to Be Done, mental models) to focus creative energy on what actually matters to users.
Design & Prototype
From low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, I work at the right level of fidelity for each decision. I balance craft with speed, knowing when polish matters and when a sketch is enough to test a hypothesis.
Test & Validate
Usability testing, A/B experiments, accessibility audits, and analytics review inform every iteration. I treat testing as a learning engine, not a sign-off step. Insights feed directly back into design refinements.
Deliver & Scale
Design delivery is more than handing over specs. I collaborate closely with engineers during build, contribute to and maintain design systems, and monitor live performance post-launch. Designs that ship well and scale without breaking.
Tools across my practice
A working set drawn from real case studies, spanning design, research, prototyping, delivery and AI-assisted workflows.
Mentorship and community
Design gets better when the craft is shared, so I invest in the people around me and publish what works for anyone to use.
Mentorship
I lead with collaboration: mentoring other designers, aligning teams around shared goals and driving the design vision from discovery to delivery. That includes on-the-job mentorship for team members and new designers joining the space, so they find their footing fast.
Community
I have built a range of internal templates and best practice guides supporting ideation, research and design documentation across teams. I publish articles and share templates publicly too, so the same practices travel beyond the teams I work with.
